So my wife left a review on here and the response was kind of rude and had misinformation. Your answering machine does not say by appointment only so if you're going to tell people that please make sure it's true and advertised clearly.

They're not even open 24/7. My husband and I went to look at tome car parts and they were closed, you can't leave a message on their machine, and I call a few times before we went and no one answered. Horrible customer service, or lack thereof.

Says open online but is closed when you call you just get a message saying to text not leave a voicemail because they don't check voicemail but they never replied to a text message.
