I've used Srappy for years and the people are always helpful and friendly. I'm usually in and out in minutes. Only 4 stars because the prices paid out have dropped a lot from the past, but that could be everywhere and maybe not their fault.

Drove on scales 11300 going in. Had over 1000 lbs. Drove on scales going out 11400 lbs. Guy wrote in pencil on receipt. Asked him about it. Said scale was froze. I told him maybe it was 50 bucks but how do they know with scale not working? He didnt have an answer and said scale was froze. Stay away. No one was their when i went. Thats why.
