Was pretty disappointed in the customer service. I drove out of my way bc the Reviews were so good. I even called ahead of time told them I didn't have wire cutters to cut different metal off copper. But if it would be an issue I could get some and do it myself. The guy on the phone said “it's no problem they'll take care of you”. When I drove through the garage one of the guys weighing it asked if I knew the tabs were on there and I said yes and explained that I called. He said “you was lied too, I ain't doin nothing for free”. I politely smiled and said “that's no problem I can take the copper back and do it”. He said they would adjust it I asked how much and he rudely told me not to get an attitude even though I didn't. The price they payed out for copper was nice and they were very fast but with that guys attitude I'm not sure I'll be back. The girl at the front desk was very nice too which is why I'm giving this place a 3.

Always give the best price around in this area so this is our go-to spot. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, especially a black guy who helps weigh out stuff in drop off area in driveway. I don’t know his name but he’s a huge reason I like to come here. Also, it’s very clean and organized compared to other scrap yards. And lastly, the girl at the front desk, makes my day every time I see her. She’s very nice and just makes you feel good. I love this spot. I’d highly recommend.

Was a pleasant and quick experience got good prices and has a covered unloading area for nonferrous metals so I got to be out of the rain while sorting my metals.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of trash cans and other containers to dump and sort metal into since I had my stuff in trash bags.
