Horrendous customer service and ethics.
My gf and her parents took an entire truck load of aluminum to this yard. They never went before and was expecting assistance, instead they got robbed. The people there had them put their load in with regular scrap and paid them out as mixed steel…then instantly removed it from the pike as they were driving away. I'll be reporting them and will make sure everyone I knows avoids this scam scrap yard.
If I can get them shut down, I will.
