Walked in yesterday at ~5pm, greeted the 3 people standing behind the counter (a man on his phone, a woman answering a call, and a man with a paper). All 3 looked up at me and completely ignored me. Saw 2 of them leave and the guy in his phone continue to stare at his phone. After almost a minute I asked him if they were closed and he said no.
