My boyfriend & I broke down on the way from Oregon to Montana. (Never did make it) Our serpentine belt snapped and we had nothing to fix it, the store was closed. So when we were able to go in on Monday, the managers son, (we forgot to get his name, we’re sorry!) was super friendly & let us use his tools. He even helped my boyfriend with the assembly for no reason other than being a good guy. We tried to give him some money and he more or less refused. We would’ve been stuck there a lot longer If he didn’t help. Great place, great service.

Shout out to the guy that works at Kellogg Napa. My son is 15 and his truck wouldn't start, I was at work. The fella took the part I paid for over the phone to my son and stayed and helped him install it. I appreciate it so much!

Such amazing service. We thought we needed a new part for our car as we were driving through town and, instead of selling us a part we didn't need, the staff showed us how to fix the problem without needing to spend any money. And they let us borrow the tools to get the job done. Very impressed and so grateful! Thank you, Kellog Napa!
