So I spent all day calling junk yards this was the only place that had the right engine from my truck I drove 2 hours that morning I read all the comments and it spooked me big time but I went for it I get there the owner helped me stopped what he was doing to pull a motor out of the truck for me after we got it started and running it was a totally great experience the people were cool I think all these comments are just it's all about decisions you chose to buy the motor you should investigated more you should have made sure it ran before you bought it it's just common sense I have zero complaints pretty cool place

Thieves! Thieves! Thieves! After some else crash my daughters car. This towed company came and hook the car up. I told the driver of the tow truck that I wanted my car towed to a specific auto chop and he said NO I will take it mine. I ask him why? he said those where the rules! I told him I did no agreed with that and my preferred chop was down the street (1.3miles away)and he said no b/c he had to prove the car was mine. I told him I could provide the license and registration and he said NO it can not be done like that. (the cops where there like 15 feet away) I have to take it to my shop put it in the computer and then they can release the car after i can prove its yours. The driver did not give me anymore options just for him to take my car to his junk yard against my will got on the truck and left me standing there. I went to the officer that was handling the crash the officer called the dispatcher and then he brought the car back after 45 minutes and said the driver should have giving me options. So this drive obviously lied and took the my car against my will to a destination that I did not agreed on. In my opinion that should or it is illegal!! The officer told the driver that he should only charge me for hooking up the car and guess what! The driver charge me $125 for just hooking up a car. There is no company in Florida that charges that amount for just hooking up a car. What a rip off and disrespectful thing to do! FORCE YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR WHERE EVER THEY WANT AND LIE!

Horrible place I wouldn't recommend anyone take over here ever since they the original owners left and and the new owners took over they've been scandalous went in there to buy alternator for my car received the wrong one a couple days later when I went to put it in figure it out that was the wrong one came to return they said a new used one will be sent to me next day comes they never call I called them they said they'll call me back then I'll call me back when I called them back before they close they said a new used one will be sent out the next day because of the one that came in was broken next day comes around they never call the part that was supposed to be delivered never delivered I come in and talk to them and they're trying to give me the runaround wasting my time and money for no reason and then they came to a conclusion that if I pay an extra $30 on top of what I already paid for the 53.50 with tax that it would resolve the problem. My only thing is that they're literally the same kind of alternator just position differently meaning the screw holes are lining up in different positions so the other one wouldn't work for me and when I talk to them the first time around there is no upcharge and because I kept on coming and complaining I think that's the only reason why they're trying to take another $30 out of me. So in conclusion I would not recommend anyone to come here or waste your time or purchase anything off of them

normally my experiences have been pretty good, until today when I arrived at 3:20 pm only to be turned away they said that they close at 3:30 pm, however the sign in the window would lead you believe otherwise as it clearly states that they close at 4:00 pm on Saturdays. I don't know what kind of business acts this way and I am not sure that I will return I was furious.
after posting I realized that even this web site says that they are open till 4 pm

Stay away from these thieves!!! Used to do plenty of business with them before they changed ownership. Now they wont even honor a company credit of $25, they don't return phone calls and put any effort into their job! Poor, poor, poor customer service. Definitely been on a downward spiral since these new guys took over.
