The paint guy is great. However, don't try to go an pick something up from Keystone. Two separate people tried to pick up my parts for me (I work out of town) and both times no one would answer the phone, no one was around, and they didn't get the parts. Terrible. I guess they don't like to actually give people their parts???!!!

Stood around for an hour just for a single part. When trying to pay for item, dock worker tried stating they don't make change on the premise. They IN FACT DO make change and almost pocketed an extra $40 off of me just because he didn't want to walk to the drawer to do so.

Kevin is fantastic to work with, I order from Keystone near every day and have nothing to complain about. Kevin has been extremely helpful from updating me with ETA's to helping me get warranty issues addressed (when they rarely happen to occur).
