Agree with the other commenters. The phone sales staff/support were very rude and short. Said I had to pay for the part before they pulled it, then when they finally called me back to say the part was rusted they claimed they didn't charge the card. What's the purpose of requiring payment first if that's the case? Just very rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend these people again. I got “rural angry man at society” vibes from the salesperson.
Would NOT recommend, the part they tried to give me was very very old and they were not helpful at all.
Very impatient over the phone, perhaps in.a rush but it's happened more than once. Reasonable prices and organized, but even though they had my part I chose to do business elsewhere because of poor service, abruptness and attitude. Staff was courtesy and helpful. Their part installation service is tremendously convenient. Highly recommend.
