Ordered these Friday they just arrived today (Tuesday) Tom is the gentleman who I spoke with he even had the courtesy to call me and tell me shipping had gone up and asked if I wanted my money back I’m still in these cheaper than some remand that are painted off eBay plus they have the center caps minus one and the monitors! Called and spoke to Tom, looking for an engine. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tom gave me a great deal and was able to find me a low mileage engine. It was ready for us the same day. they had a part for my truck that I needed, they had it available same day for a few dollars cheaper than online. They do have a strict return policy so make sure the item you are getting will fit your vehicle before you purchase. Some employees have better custumers service skills than others but it's a junk yard not a 5 star restaurants so it is what it is. Over all I'm happy with my purchase
