Waited for a part to come in for 2 1/2 weeks, after ordering. The part failed with in 2 weeks after being installed. I've been waiting for the replacement under warranty for 3 1/2 weeks now. The part is for a commen vehicle. The staff here is not good about calling customers back.
These guys are amazing. I was looking for a honda/acura 80/50 amp fuse for my Acura SUV. The Honda and Acura dealers did not have. Only a few cars are interchangeable. Anyways they had one vehicle that could possibly have the fuse I needed. Bingo it was in there and in good shape. They actually go out in yard and get parts for you unlike Pick N Pull. I had a defective rim. They didn't have in stock but ordered for me. It came in four days later. They promptly called to let me know. Price was not too bad. The rim was in good shape. I would recommend and I will go back when need arises.
