HORRIBLE service. Took forever to talk to anyone and my kayak is “missing”. They kept trying to say it was the tower and then went back on their word and said they did move things around in my car. They have zero record of anything or of who moved my personal items. They must have “misplaced” the most expensive thing in my car. You will be hearing from me.
They work with tow drivers who are aggressive and they pulled a GUN on us(buyer) for asking to park the vehicle somewhere else in our own property. Management does give 2 s**** about it, sent email to the regional and property manager no response.
This place is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. If your insurance tries to send your car here try to avoid at all costs!! They will hold on to your car without providing information despite calling and asking. They’ll lie and give you the run around
My insurance company Bristol West a division of Farmers Insurance without my permission towed my car to this place to take pictures and assess damages after I was rear-ended. While my car was there someone stole from my car a Stanley fat max emergency jump pack and several other things from my car. We're going all out for a full investigation and report it to the Texas Attorney General.
Very frustrating, Very slow Very rude loader. Disorganized lot, he's just sitting doing nothing and wate time is 2 to 3 hours. Unbelievable!!!
