No BS, forward and to the point business. If they don't have it, they are helpful in finding the part or at least giving advice on what to do. Hard workers! This is not a “you pull it” yard, they will pull the parts and bring them to you. Honest people, and are able to troubleshoot issues if something goes wrong. Highly recommend them to those in need.
SENT MY SON TO PICK UP SOME BODY PARTS AFTER I CALLED AND SAID THEY HAD THE PARTS I NEEDED. ONE OF THE PARTS WAS A CHEAP CHINESE AFTER MARKET PART THAT I COULD BUY FOR $11 ON ROCK AUTO FOR OEM PRICE OF $35. CALLED HIM, HE SAID WHAT WE PULL IS WHAT YOU GET NO RETURN. TOLD HIM i WOULD WRITE A REVIEW, HE SAID “GO FOR IT” AND HERE IT IS. PULL A PART IS THE WAY TO GO IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH A PART THEY HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. LIFE IS FULL OF LEARNING FORTUNATELY THIS ONE ONLY COST ME $35.

Called for a part, was told they had it, and when I got there at 2pm they “had issues and were closed down for the day and wouldn’t be back until Monday”…
