Had a water pump and then a couple weeks later a new fuel pump installed into my Silverado. Very professional and friendly service. I know my family will be using them for more issues when they come up. Also great prices for the big jobs.
We were about 6 hours into a road trip when our car died on the Ohio Turnpike. I called Binders while waiting on the tow truck, hoping to find someone that could help us same day. We had the car towed there and they got us right in. They ran a diagnostic, had the parts delivered from a local supplier, fixed it, and had it back to us within a couple of hours. They saved our trip! They are so professional and so kind. It eased the stress of the situation a little knowing the car was being taken care of so quickly.
They helped get me get back on the road after my vehicle lost coolant on the turnpike. I feel very lucky that they answered the phone that day, other shops nearby did not. Great work at reasonable prices and even better people.

My family and I were on our way out of town when our truck start vibrating and making strange sounds, so we stopped at the closest auto place off the turnpike. They were so quick to help take a look, give it drive around, and let us know what was wrong. Since they didn't have tires, they called ahead to another place to see if they were there, give them a heads up we we're coming, and see if they had what we needed. When we were done they told us it was no charge and wished us a safe drive. Great group of people, easy access to the road, sweet dog behind the counter and wonderful customer service!!
