These folks charge you what they feel like that day ,never the same price ,their very rude and disrespectful ,I would not recommend these people for anything. There not even registered with better business bureau. That speaks volumes to their business practice . Steer clear of them at any cost
They towed my car on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday. They were closed on Easter Sunday ,therefore I couldn't get my car . I was unable to attend our family Easter. I was charged for the storage of the car on Easter tho…Just a needless use of power,and a cruel inflation of prices.it cost nearly 300$to get my car back!!
These people were nothing but rude to me on the phone when I called, responding “What do you want.” I then asked if she spoke to all her customers that way and she responded “How about I just hang up on you?” No apology, no remorse. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
RUDE! They will harass you everyday and then they doubled my price because I work for a big company! Will never use again!
