I only gave 4 stars cause the part did not fit my car, but I was treated with the utmost respect and Angel literally was an angel to work with, she was so nice and kind and totally understanding It was a pleasure to work with you guys though the part didn't fit my car It will not deter me from shopping there again thank you for all your help

Jen was amazing to work with. Very helpful, kind and great to talk with! She made sure I got the right part I needed. Showed pictures of the different choices I had, to make sure it was right before I ordered it. The wait was short and everyone was courteous. It was my first time there and will definetely go back again for any part needs I may have in the future. Thank you! Well done!

Every aspect of this place was a great except the 1:45 min drive from the Northwest Side of Chicago. They picked up the phone right away. Helped me confirm that I was asking for and that they had the correct parts I needed. I even received some tips on how to install my new glass in my truck. I can not be happier with the experience. The window is perfect and the staff was fantastic and eager to help. Thanks Angel and staff. I'll be back next time I need something.
