I bought a Gravely ZT HD 52 from Armigers earlier this year. I had 2 small issues with it in the first 10 hours of operation. In both instances, Joe had a rollback at my place (we live 35 minutes from the dealership), had it fixed and returned to me in less than 2 days. Customer service *after* the sale has been A++. I highly recommend!
I purchased an Ariens Apex 60 with the 24HP Kawasaki FR730V from Armiger's yesterday. I had quite some trouble locating a trailer early in the day to pick up the machine and they offered to deliver it to my home the very next day. When I called them they stated there was only one left and it was in crate still and needed set up and PDI but they would get the build started as soon as techs were back from lunch. Jay was able to go above and beyond making sure he answered every question I had. He pointed out all the service points of the machine and even gave me many pointers for optimal ownership (first time ZTR owner), cutting, transporting, etc. I would absolutely recommend all family/friends to them. I'm pretty excited for the many years to come with this mower and a great relationship with Armiger's.
