Hector Garcia shipped us the incorrect part for our Mustang last year March 2021. He assured my hubby, Fred that it was the correct part. We were charged $350 for the part. We contacted Hector for a refund. He agreed and said it would be credited asap. We shipped the part back to him, contacted him again and we never got our money back. Therefore I am going to file a lawsuit against Mr. Garcia and request the statutory max plus interest.
Update: 2/16/22 We received our refund today. Thank you!
