Would not recommend, unless you are a mechanic and have your own tools. My sister and I were stuck in Little rock with a busted radiator hose and didn't know what else to do. We went in asked for one and got it. There was one helpful employee that gave us a pair of pliers when we asked, but beyond that no one offered to help. Two young girls, in need of assistance, with no previous experience with motor vehicles. During our time standing outside another employee came out there and asked if we got it under control. Then precedes to grab the pliers we were using and took one look at the hose and said “That's not going to work. We have some screw on clamps”. We asked him if he happened to have a bigger pair of pliers that we could use. And he told us we had to buy them from him in order to use them. Why would it have been so difficult for him to let us borrow them for 2.5 seconds. We eventually got it with what little tools we did have with us, after standing out there for an hour in the Arkansas heat. I am not pleased and will not be returning.
