They were helpful in the aspect of looking up exactly the kind of product that I needed for my vehicle, however when we walked down the aisle together to find the product that I needed it was nowhere to be found ( not helpful ). So as you could imagine, our walk back up the aisle was awkward it was most def a walk of shame for the both of us… Lol
