These guys dropped what they was doing to get my truck in the shop within hours to get me back on the road again. I was 7 hours from home dropping kids off for college and my starter went out. Carl was amazingly helpful! My car broke down while visiting Moscow and I needed an emergency repair ASAP. Everywhere I called in town was booked through the month, but Carl squeezed me in to his schedule by working late and managed to get my car fixed in just a day! Carl is super. I got right in at the scheduled time, he and his associate were finished in about an hour and 15 minutes, excellent job in every way, very reasonable cost. They had all of the work finished in much less time than it took just to get an ESTIMATE at the Nissan dealer in Lewiston.
