Great experience every time I come here. Super helpful staff that know their stuff! I called and they were able to get me in same day. Turns out I only needed a relay replaced and repositioned to fix my issue. I was in and out in less than 30 min ready to get after it!
Spent :25-:30 minutes planning a full King suspension for my 4Runner. I told the man at the counter I was ready to purchase now. He told me he would check on parts availability and call me back. I gave him my number. It’s been two months and I haven’t heard from him.
Better off as I didn’t get the greatest feeling here. Felt like the man at the counter was trying to push me towards Fox and Rough Country because the were more readily available.
They act like I wasn’t in the store since I walk in. They only install their stuff they sell, not your supply or part. But when I order stuffs from them (like 3 times), it not in stock either, but when I order it, they said they gonna shipped to my house, which never happened and I have to go to the store to pick it up yourself. What a joke, and good luck trying to call them if you available all day of waiting, they always have an excuse like they short staff or they still update their system. C’mon it’s a big company brand.
