I’ve lived in the Underwood/Scottsburg area for nearly ten years, and I don’t think I’ve ever once seen this place actually open for business. Phone goes unanswered, calls go ignored—it’s like talking to a brick wall. Not sure if they’re even in operation anymore, but if they are, they sure don’t act like it. ---

My son bought a van here, and it was a total disaster. The woman selling it swore up and down there wasn’t a thing wrong with it—just their old van they were getting rid of after buying a new one. Turns out, it was probably a salvage title they didn’t bother mentioning. The heads need replacing, the air doesn’t work, and the list of problems goes on. They *supposedly* fixed it, but the same issues came right back within days. Every time he called, she’d hit him with the “as is” line like it made everything okay. How do you sleep at night selling a broken-down van to a guy with two little kids who need reliable transportation? I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, let alone someone I care about. ---

Ordered a rim online, and the picture on their listing looked like the exact one I needed for my truck. When it arrived? Wrong part, wrong everything. Tried emailing, calling, messaging—nothing. Crickets. No response, no refund, no solution. Just a waste of time and money. ---
