These guys are shady and treat customers like dirt. Whole staff needs retraining—terrible attitude, bad service, and prices aren’t what they advertise. Avoid at all costs. ---

Don’t bother with these people. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and the two women working there? Terrible. After 10 years of dealing with them, we’re done. They make you pay upfront before they even get your parts—who does that? Never seen a junkyard with such bad service. Fire them all. ---

Ordered a sunroof for a 2019 Camry—supposedly in good shape. Drove 700 miles each way to pick it up, rented a truck, paid for fuel, the whole deal. Got there, and they wouldn’t even let us test the sunroof. The picture they posted showed it open, but when we got it? Broken tracks, cracked plastic, wouldn’t open or close—completely useless. Paid $2,140 cash ($2,000 for the part, $140 tax), even though we had a tax-exempt license. Now we’re out $3,060 total, and the part is worse than what we had. Tried calling them back—they just said “as is.” Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money here. ---

Saw a 200cc bike listed on their Facebook page—video showed it running, so I went to check it out. They wouldn’t let me test drive it (policy), but they swore it was fine after they rode it. Brought it home, added some oil and coolant, and it’s been running smooth ever since. Registering the title today, and honestly, they made the whole process easy. They *do* let you hold a vehicle with a deposit (half up front), and they were upfront about the rules. Price wasn’t negotiable, but the bike was solid—no breakdowns right after purchase, which is a win. Five stars for honest service and a bike that actually works. If you’re looking at something they’re selling, listen close to what they say—then decide for yourself. No games, no surprises. ---

Stepps Auto came through—sold me a running motor from a 2019 Challenger, and it was in great shape before the car was sold. Polite, honest, and friendly. Anyone who had a bad experience probably didn’t communicate well or was rude to the staff. Five stars, no complaints.
