First time was fine, but after finding out how little they pay and how little they care, I’m done. The ramp’s tiny, and if it’s busy, it’s a mess. The guy running things was decent, but not worth the hassle when Sims pays better. Won’t be back. ---

This was the easiest scrap drop-off I’ve ever done. The guy who weighed my stuff actually took the time to explain the difference between #1 and #2 copper—most places just toss you a number. Ended up getting way more than I expected. Won’t be going anywhere else. ---

I still can’t believe how that guy treated me back in 2019. I was dropping off some metal, and there was a rock mixed in—nothing major. I moved it aside at first, but then someone pointed out it could be a tripping hazard, so I tossed it in my truck cab to keep it separate. Next thing I know, the owner’s watching me like I’m trying to pull a fast one, then just starts yelling, *"Get outta here, you can’t be trusted!"* I tried explaining, but he wouldn’t hear it. Absolute nonsense. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. ---

Today was hit or miss. One guy was fine, but the last time I was here, it was a whole different story. They’re *super* picky about how stuff’s sorted—if it’s not perfect, they’ll lowball you. And the guys in the back? Forget about friendliness. You’d think after dealing with people all day, they’d at least pretend to be nice. Oh, and they close at 4, which is ridiculous when most people don’t get off work till 5. But it’s the only place in the valley, so… 4 stars, I guess. ---

If you’re looking for a scrap yard that actually treats you right, this is the one. The staff was respectful, explained everything clearly—like how they sort copper pipe into #1 and #2—and gave me a fair price based on current market rates. No games, no attitude. I’ll be back.
