This place pulled the spare tire that I needed and had it waiting for me when I arrived I called other places and they were very unhelpful this was the best place, I went 12 miles out my way to become their customer and they went out of their way to accommodate me. we wanted to order a part which they were showing for 275.00, when we ordered it, they turned out and said they want 375.00, we pointed out to them you are listing the part for 275.00. He turned out and said he want 100.00 more for the part. They do not honor what they show.

I called and spoke with one rep who was very kind over the phone. Was then put on hold to speak with the mechanic who was quite rude. He hung the phone up on me without even allowing me to respond. That was poor on his part. I understand that he did not want to work on the car but he just slammed the phone in my face.
How do you expect to get and retain business when you are being rude and inconsiderate with your customers?
