staffs there are super professional and friendly. Was in the parking lot going to the main office and a staff member told me I have to go to the side office and save me a trip. Get things done in 30 mins. Highly recommended if you need to dumb your car

Bad service, price is 4 times more than the store, and it's you who takes it out of the car, after hours of looking for one just like what you want.
I regret buying it, I don't recommend it.
Details, when I went back to see if the price was right, on the way out they laughed at me.
New in store is $11.96
At pick-in-pull I paid $40.40.

Have been going to this place since 1992. All I can say is that the whole business culture has changed there for worst and absolutely no service any more. Obviously it is not a service oriented business but at least it helps not to be rude. Went there and got a tire with rim Just paid it and saw a big rip in the tire, asked them to get credit They won’t give me credit and want me to get another tire from the yard . I get a tire that had no rim and they won’t give credit since it did not have the rim! Even the supervisor did not fix it.
However as I am standing there there is a Hispanic guy who had a part that was not even pained and he gets the credit from the girls in the front! Obviously a racial favoritism toward Spanish speaking culture that should be cut on the root before it would infects the whole business. I don’t believe any employee there even gets a basic training on how to act or talk to customers. Btw their parking lot is worst that homeless shelter and a big liability.
After 30 years, I am done with it , rather pay more online but not deal with injustice, rudeness of bunch of entitled kids that don’t have the slightest clue of customers service . After all customer service is what makes any business successful and that is the basic principal of business that has gone out of this junkyard !

They don't answer the phone. Go there and you will pay a $2 admission fee, ask the guy you pay which year car / part your looking for he will tell you which row or rows the car ia at. The row number is on a colored chalk on the window or the body of the car. Good Luck

This Pick and Pull is just alright…. It's usually very busy and extra dirty for a junkyard, but they do sometimes have vehicles in stock that I need parts from. I would recommend their Newark location if you have the time to get out there, it is much cleaner, they have way more stock, and it's not crazy busy.
