Ran a small trucking outfit for years, and this place nearly put me under. Dropped off a load, and by the time I picked up my trailer, half my equipment was busted—like they ran it through a woodchipper. Tried to talk to the manager, but he acted like I was wasting his time. Just shrugged and said, *"Stuff happens."* No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. Now I’m out thousands and a headache that won’t quit. Word to anyone else running a tight ship: either lowball your bid so high it hurts or skip this place entirely. Learned the hard way—hope you don’t have to. ---

Took my trailer in for a roll tarp, and these guys treated it like a punching bag. Told them *three times* not to stack heavy stuff on top—*"Don’t pile it high, it’s brand new!"*—but did they listen? Nope. Now my tarp’s torn, and I’m out $800. Oh, and they load however they feel like, not how *you* need it. If you’re not one of their "regulars," forget getting any say in how your truck gets handled. Absolute joke of a yard. ---

Been hauling for years, and this Omni yard’s the slowest, most frustrating pit stop I’ve ever hit. Parker and Reilley? They breeze in, get unloaded in 20 minutes, and management’s falling all over themselves to help. Me? I’m lucky if I’m out in under three hours—*if* I don’t get stuck listening to the CB chatter about how "those other guys" are always screwing things up. Other Omni yards move trucks like clockwork. This one’s just a good-ol’-boy network where the rest of us are left waiting, sweating, and cussing under our breath. Avoid if you can. ---

Hit up a few Omni yards, and this one’s the dumpster fire of the bunch. Two hours on a *good* day to unload? Try five when there’s more than seven trucks ahead of you. And their unloading "system"? More like controlled chaos. They’ve got people running around like headless chickens, and nobody seems to know what they’re doing. If you’re stuck here, bring a cooler, a book, and maybe a bucket—bathrooms? What bathrooms? Indianapolis Omni could teach these guys a thing or two. Absolute nightmare. ---

Took some old electronics in for recycling last Thursday, figuring it’d be a quick in-and-out. Surprise—$55 fee. Fine, whatever, but they *only* take cash or check. No card, no Venmo, nothing. Had to sprint to an ATM before they closed, and by the time I got back, they were locking up. Showed up Saturday like the sign said they’d be open, but nope—July 4th weekend, and not a single notice online or on the door. Called, left a message, and after a day of radio silence, they called back Friday, waved the fee, and apologized. Decent customer service in the end, but man, the hassle. Need better payment options, an ATM on-site, and *actual* updated hours online. Would’ve saved me a lot of running around.
