Poor service: Ordered a driver's seat picture Online showed seat to be clean.
The Seat I got was DIRTY pictures ATTACHED and the KICKER was it's a passenger seat waited for over a week for the right seat NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I call them answered about my order, answered for a MANGER BIG JOKE some guy gets on phone. The seat I paid for was SOLD, the truck seat came out of is not in the system. BUYER BEWARE, I Copied B.B.B.

I ordered a NV244 transfer case from My Auto Store and was shipped a NP233 model. When I called to let them know they did not have the correct model to send me as a replacement. They said they will send a return shipping label and process the refund when they get it back. They can't offer a pickup so I will have to arrange for the part to be dropped off at a FedEx location. Now I will have to wait several days for them to receive the part back and then probably a couple more days more the refund to process before I get my money back.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guy on the phone was nice and they didn't hassle me about the refund. They need to ensure the correct part is shipped in the first place and also make sure they can facilitate the entire return if the problem was caused by them.

No professionalism. Found a transmission that was listed at 1693 on eBay and because I have ordered 2 wrong transmissions I called to discuss the details to be sure it was correct one. the help (I believe his name was stated to be Anthony before I was transferred to him) was rude and short.. Upon deciding this may be the right 1 I go into purchase and to purchase and the item is listed $1000 more than it was when I originally called . I called again and spoke to a nicer person who let me know that the price for the item is 1500, he then informed me since I was seing the price Of 2216 to make an offer for the correct price which I did. My offer was met with a counter offer of 1900 which is still not the price the item actually is so I sent the same 1500 offer offer and was denied. You can't be petty immature unprofessional unprofessional and run a business

What a great experience … The part shipped the next day and got here from across the US faster than sites from in our state could get it to us. The part was clean and in great shape … Looks brand new. Thank you for getting us back on the road again.

Poor communication skills, Ordered specific parts for a vehicle was given a week wait time for pick up showed up at that pick up time told to come back later because the parts were still not pulled. Upon calling they tell me that it's all a big miscommunication and the car has been long scrapped and they no longer have a tail lamp and that I will be refunded weeks later. Thank you for admitting that your communication skills within your office are completely unprofessional.
