I have sold my non-ferrous scrap metal here for years. Probably tons of copper and brass over that time. So, I'm no amateur.
Today I pull up to the window to check in and the old woman with the buzz cut starts into me about waiting till the previous truck clears the scale before pulling up. I explained that I was watching and did not drive on the scale before the other truck left. She quickly told I me could leave if I was going to argue. I have been here many times and have dealt with the same woman's rude and disrespectful attitude many times. But today was over the top. I guess since I don't have a trailer load I'm not worth the bother.
She should not be working at the window and being the face of this company. I wonder how many customers she has turned off.
Yes, I will take her advice and leave, someone else can profit from my metal.
