My son’s truck got a flat at the worst time—late on a Friday, and every tire shop in town was already closed for the day. I rushed to this place, desperate, and the guy grabbed the wrong size by mistake. Instead of making me drive back empty-handed, he just swapped it out for the right one without a fuss. Saved my weekend. Got it mounted before the place shut down, too. ---

This guy straight-up lied. We agreed on a price out in the yard, but when we got to the office to finalize it, he suddenly changed his mind—after I’d already told him three or four times what I was looking for. Absolute scam. Wouldn’t trust him again. ---

My tire got wrecked—same spot as last time, a few weeks back—because of some reckless driving. Mark’s told me they had used tires and rims that were basically like new, and the prices were way better than buying fresh. I couldn’t get the full set, but the two I needed most were enough to keep me rolling. For what I paid, it was like getting one or two brand-new tires without the mounting fee. Happy with how it turned out. ---

I needed parts in a specific color, and this place actually had them—but it took forever. Called multiple times, waited almost three weeks just to get someone to look at the parts and confirm they were in decent shape. The drive was three hours one way, but once I got there, the staff who *were* there were helpful. Just wish they had more people working so I didn’t have to jump through hoops. ---

Avoid this place. They said they’d only take a deposit for a used engine, but then charged me the full amount upfront. Took over a week to even get the engine out after I paid. Called every day—never got a call back. When I finally got it, the timing belt was shot, the exhaust bolts were rusted solid, and the whole thing was a mess. Promised a refund talk with the owner, but he never called. Had to scrap the whole car. Waste of time and money.
