The yard operates on a u-pull-it model, so no appointment is needed. You can visit during business hours to search for parts in person. While the yard doesn’t have online reviews, it’s listed on salvage directories and has a website for part listings.

Services & What to Expect

Holland Used Auto Parts is a self-service yard, meaning you handle finding and removing parts yourself. The yard carries used parts for many makes and models, all sourced from salvaged vehicles. You can check inventory on-site during operating hours.

How Self-Service Works

Customers visit during business hours to find and remove parts. Basic tools are usually provided, but some bring their own. The yard doesn’t remove parts for you—you’ll need to take them yourself. Staff may help point you to the right part, but the work is up to you.

What to Bring

  • Vehicle info (if matching parts to your car)
  • Tools (if you need more than what’s on-site)
  • A way to haul parts (some are heavy or bulky)
  • Payment (cash, credit, or debit—check what they accept)

Parts Available

The yard stocks a variety of used auto parts, including:

  • Engines and transmissions
  • Body panels and bumpers
  • Interior parts (seats, dashboards, door panels)
  • Suspension and steering components
  • Electrical parts (wiring, sensors, lights)
  • Brakes (calipers, rotors, pads)
  • Exhaust system pieces
Since parts come from salvaged cars, what’s in stock changes often. Call ahead or check the website if you’re looking for something specific.

Selling a Junk Car

Holland Used Auto Parts mostly deals in parts, but they may buy junk cars too. If you’ve got an old car you don’t need, you can sell it for cash. Many salvage yards, including this one, take in junkers to add to their inventory. For details, see our cash for junk cars page.

I’ve dealt with some bad customer service in my time, but Holland Junk Yard in Billerica takes the cake. The staff there are straight-up rude and unprofessional—especially the older guy behind the counter. He decides who gets help and who gets ignored, and if you don’t like it? Too bad. When I complained to the manager, all I got was, *“If you don’t like it, don’t come here.”* That’s the kind of attitude that tells you everything you need to know about this place. To anyone in the Spanish community—don’t waste your money here. You deserve better. I’m never going back, and I’d tell anyone to skip this dump and go to Jack’s down the street instead. At least they treat people right. ---

Ordered a headlight assembly over the phone, and they charged me upfront. Six hours later, I called to check on it, and they said they were finally getting around to pulling it. Two hours after *that*, they hit me with the news: the part was damaged, and they had no other options. So I wasted my whole day—and still haven’t gotten my money back. Absolute waste of time and money. ---

Overpriced junkyard where you’re expected to do all the work yourself. I mean, come on—it’s a salvage yard, not a dealership. Don’t charge me eBay prices for parts I have to pull out of a rusted-out wreck. And if you *do* pull a part and change your mind? Good luck getting your money back. The guy at the window acts like you’re committing a crime if you return something. Don’t bother with this place. ---

They’ve got a decent selection of cars, but the yard itself is a total disaster. I get it—it’s a junkyard, so it’s not gonna be spotless—but the aisles and walkways are so cluttered it’s a pain just to get to the deeper rows. And the staff? Not exactly friendly. Seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. ---

First time at a junkyard, and I had no clue what I was doing. But the people there were actually really nice—patient, honest, and straightforward. They didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars. The part I needed was pulled clean and in good shape, and the whole process went smooth. If you’re in a bind and need a part, I’d send anyone here. No hassle, no attitude.
