So bad communications for representatives at ohine, they do not uodate their location and their other location is so far but they omit it , I buy several big parts as engines and transmission before and I know the ogly place they have , last week I was dissapointed with them and now errase them from my used parts provided, in fact the last transmission just work fine for the 30 days of their warranty and 2 days after the trany went out and they do not helo anything…
Even thought they towed my car they were still professional and i did not have no problem getting my car back but hatted having to pay 200 for my car
Paid for a part to be shipped to me. I made a mistake on the option code and it wasn't going to fit my car. They were very understanding and issued me a refund with zero hassle at all. Excellent people with good practices.
It was the location in Carrollton. Gray white is very disorganized place. They lie they say they have the part but I went there and no part. I drove almost 2 hours one way. Go get your part somewhere else
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. My son bought an engine from them that has NEVER worked. The car sat at the shop for over a month not being able to be moved. Upon suggestion by the shop owner, we had the car towed to the dealership. The dealership told us both verbally and in writing the engine was bad. After speaking with the technician Gray and White sent out, it was confirmed the engine is bad BUT the mileage reported is 4000 over what it was when the engine was purchased. The car has not left the lot only to be towed to the dealership. The mileage claim is a complete lie. While talking to Billy, a service rep at Gray and White, he said my son called “200 times asking all types of stupid questions”. Well when you spend $1277 for something that does not work no question is stupid. So now we will seek legal action as well as contact every source available, such as news stations, as many social media groups as possible, BBB and Attorney General let it be known that this company does not stand behind its parts and DOES NOT Value their customers!! We still have find another company with good parts for the repair. Horrible experience!!
