I went to Glendale Auto Parts and Auto Wrecking expecting fair prices and decent help, since those are usually the big things when you're picking somewhere to get junkyard parts. Didn't happen. The prices were way higher than I thought they'd be, and honestly, they didn't seem worth it compared to what else is out there. The customer service wasn't much better—no smiles, no real effort to be helpful. Good prices and decent people are what keeps folks coming back, and I'm hoping they figure that out before the next customer shows up.

Drove all the way from Florence to Glendale on my only free day just to get a radiator for my car—my health doesn’t let me make long trips often. Paid upfront that morning, but when I got there, they hadn’t even started looking for it yet. By the time they pulled it out, the shop was closing. Took it home, cut it open, and found a crack in the upper inlet—coolant was leaking everywhere. Now I’m stuck with a broken part I can’t return because I can’t drive back. They swore it was inspected. Should’ve known better. Zero stars if I could give them. ---
