I originally called J&J but they didn't have my part( manual window regulator, 08 F150) but they found out that Fox had it, and gave me their number. They had the part, and sent me pictures of it to make sure it's what I needed( found after market part, but one of the brackets faced the wrong way.), being that I live in Florida. I bought it and got it the next week, works great and am really pleased with the service……..
