The website said they’d be open until 3:45, but when I showed up at 3:15, the gate was already locked. Guess I’ll have to plan better next time. ---

I’ve been bringing in copper scraps here for a while now, and they’re always decent about it—fair pay, no hassle. That’s all I need, really. ---

Marty’s is where I go when I need to cut steel. He’s a straight shooter, keeps his prices sharp, and doesn’t waste my time. That’s enough for me. ---

The junkyard’s fine, but it’d be a lot better if they didn’t let homeless people and campers set up there. Just makes it feel sketchy.

Stopped by Feinberg’s after my truck decided to crap out on me—dead battery *and* a flat. These guys didn’t just sell me scrap at a fair price, they actually lent me a battery and tossed in a tire for my truck. Who even does that? Seriously, Feinberg’s saved my day. You’re all solid people over there. ---
