I was about to throw in the towel after searching everywhere for this part—no one had it, and I’d pretty much given up. Then I called this place and asked for Robert. Dude didn’t just find it; he made it happen. Took the time to listen, didn’t rush me off the phone, and actually cared that I got what I needed. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Seriously, if you’re looking for something rare or just need someone who won’t give up, ask for Robert. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been searching all over for used car parts, and nothing compared to this place. Robert and Anna went above and beyond, especially when my order got messed up. They could’ve walked away from the whole thing, but they didn’t—they fixed it, even when it cost them extra time and money. They treated me like a real customer, not just another sale. After dealing with so many other shops, I’m just glad I found them. No need to keep looking—these people are the real deal. ---

The customer service at this place is decent, but the guy running it is shady. I called, and he quoted me $700. When I showed up, he hit me with $800—plus shipping and taxes. He acted like he was doing me a favor by "taking off" $200, but it was all a scam. Don’t waste your money here unless you like getting ripped off. ---

This place is a nightmare. We called about a fender for a Dodge Dakota, and they said they had it—no problem. We even gave them a $100 check upfront. Then they made us wait forever, kept changing the story, and in the end, they still cashed the check even after we told them we didn’t want the part. The older guys there act like they’re doing you a favor just by existing, but the younger ones at least try to be decent. Still, I’d avoid this place if I were you. ---

I needed a new engine for my Toyota Tacoma, and Bud’s Auto came through big time. Robert didn’t just find me a replacement—he made sure it had low miles and the price was solid. The mechanics who installed it are ASE certified, and the whole job was done right. If you’re looking for parts or repairs, this is the place. Just ask for Robert—he’s the guy to talk to. ---

I went to them for electrical parts, and they didn’t just find what I needed—they made sure I got the right stuff. My car was in another shop, and those guys had no idea what they were doing, but Robert didn’t care. He talked to them, figured it out, and made sure I got what I needed. They’ve got a mechanical shop too, and I’ll be going back for any repairs. Pricing is fair, and they didn’t try to screw me over—even though I’m a woman, which, let’s be honest, some places would’ve used against me. Good, honest business.
