You can tell them the part # that you would like and they will give you what ever they feel like. Traveled 3 hours to get there told them that they gave me the wrong part,and they said that I would have to come back tomorrow.

My husband recently ordered a truck part from Bay Auto Parts and made an 8 hour round trip to pick it up. Unfortunately, the part ended up not fitting our particular truck which left my husband pretty frustrated at the situation/miscommunication. We were refunded our money after shipping the part back to Green Bay, and Jim at Bay Auto Parts showed himself to be a man of integrity when he agreed to help us with part of our fuel/shipping expenses.
