Looking for a spare tire, guy asked how much i would pay for it, and when i told him what I would pay for it, he said, “now way”, I told him, “well what do you want it for, work with me as a I am a student”. Hung up the freaking phone. They don’t deserve to be in business.
I called them 10 minutes before 5 to ask a question and got yelled at to call back in 30 minutes when they’re closed. Poor service and rude workers.
Terrible customer service, and shady business tactics should be the nail in the coffin to this hole in the wall den of crooks.
I have bought several parts from them for 3 different cars and have had nothing but great luck with them. I know some commenters have misconstrued their 'down to business attitude' as rude when it's not… You either want their product or you don't. Also, why would someone go to a auto salvage lot expecting anything other than as-is pricing?
They where really good at their work. They were awesome.
