These guys? Not professionals. Hang up on you, don’t call back. Promised delivery in Albany but couldn’t even be bothered to talk to the person who just paid them $500 for a transmission they don’t even know works. Unbelievable. Months later, and I’m still pissed—glad I’m on your mind today, though. Let’s pull up those texts where you said all transmissions look the same while you sent me a Toyota instead of a Nissan. Photos prove it. You’re just mad because I’m a woman who actually knows cars—I was a mechanic in the Navy. Have a nice day. ---

Called this morning asking how much they’d pay for a broken-down car. Mike said $300, we agreed. Told me he’d call when he was on the way—never did. Showed up, then said he’d only give $50 because the motor wasn’t in it. (It was.) My husband pulled up, and Mike was already gone. Wouldn’t answer my calls or texts, so my husband called him. Mike said the car wasn’t worth $300 without a motor—never even got out of his truck to look at it. Asked our friends who have the car now if he checked it out. Nope, just sat in his vehicle the whole time. Terrible company. Terrible service. Terrible people. After reading the reviews, I’m glad we didn’t sell to them. ---

Bought a transmission here, didn’t work, brought it back. Had a 90-day warranty, returned it within 30 days. Told me I’d get a refund through Walmart the next morning by noon—never happened. Called, no answer. Texted, no reply. Worst place ever. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. *Update:* Spoke to the owner multiple times, promised over and over to send the money. Four days later, still nothing. Now he won’t answer the phone or texts. Guess small claims court is the only option left—didn’t want to go that route, but he’s forcing my hand.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I’m not even bothering with small claims—I’m sitting outside their building right now, and someone was inside shuffling papers but never answered the door or the phone. Ordered a rear door latch for my ’04 F-150 Tuesday morning. Told me it’d be pulled that day. Never called. Called back the next day, got excuses every time with promises it’d be ready. It’s Saturday now. From one small business to another? You’re a disgrace. *Update:* Came back later, got a partial refund. Better communication helps. Thanks. ---

Fourteen years in customer service, and I’ve never been treated this badly. The part I ordered? They strung me along, hung up on me, and when someone finally answered, they acted like I was wasting their time. Promised a callback—never happened. Called 20 times in one day just to get someone on the line, then sat on hold for 20 minutes before they cut me off. The owner? Just as rude. Tried to explain my issue, and he cut me off too. I’m done with this place, and I’ll make sure everyone I know stays away. A week later, I’m still fighting for my refund. Mike’s just as bad as the rest—told me my money would be back in two days, but here we are on day four, and nothing. Went to get cash instead, and he tossed the money on the counter like I was inconveniencing him. Then had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked for a receipt. Never in my life have I left a business without one for a cash transaction. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. And let’s be clear—I didn’t order the wrong part. If it was installed wrong, that’s on you. You’re right, I did say I didn’t want it, but that’s because of how terrible your service was. If you’d just refunded me like you promised, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. I got the same part from another shop—friendly, knowledgeable people who actually know what they’re doing. Not some place with a kid running the front desk. ---
