I recently bought an engine from Agee’s and I am very impressed with the whole company. The facility is above and beyond clean and organized. Jessica was very friendly and made the process very easy. The owner Everett went out of his way to chat with me and everyone was very helpful. I will always make Agee’s my first stop, they are awesome! I recently visited this location with a few friends of mine hoping to possibly find some parts for my car. When we walked inside there were a few people behind the counter talking on the phone with other customers, so I waited until one was free. Once one was, he asked us if he could help any of us rather rudely. I asked him if they were allowing people to walk around the salvage yard and he said no, then started ignoring us. Recent reviews and their own website led me to believe they were allowing people in, so I'm not sure that was true, although that's not the issue I had. The issue I had was the blatant rudeness we were met without any previous interaction. I'd always heard good things from my family, as they've been long time customers, but my personal experience was very different from that.
I came here with my cousin and her husband to help and there's this old man yelling at my cousin for trying to take her kids in when she was told she can by someone else and she went in to help her husband while I watched the kid and the old man wouldn't stop staring at me and wouldn't leave me alone. He was so mean.
I was sitting outside this place to go in but I heard this old man yell at a woman because she wanted to help her man get parts but he wouldn't let her have her kids with her but when she left the kids with a teenage girl to watch that was with her he chased her out the door yelling. I was in shock with what I just saw. They will never get my business again.
