Absolute waste of time and terrible management. Called ahead to make sure parts were available, drive 2 hours to pick them up and didn’t have the parts. They then tried to cover up by acting like a completely different part was what I asked for not even for the same make or model.
They even waited while closed to help out the greatest place in town beats everyone and awesome employees

I used to come here all the time years ago. But now it’s gone to complete poop.
There is literally 4 cars just sitting on top of each other looking like they will fall any second!
It’s a complete mess. You can’t even walk through the lanes of cars.
You have 99.9% chance of NOT finding your car in there. And if you do… good luck climbing 3 cars and making it Alive.
I used to come Here all the time bought a tone of parts from them but recently they have become very greedy they used to have a good staff now they are rude and unsafe don't waste your time go to lkq
Customer service sucked!
Looking for a car, they claim it was on the lot but it wasn’t. Online inventory certainly wasn’t updated. You need the customers, act like it.
