Tried calling about tire sizes, and before I even finished giving tire size, the lady said they didn’t have any and hung up. This is first time I’ve tried calling them to ask a question, and this will be my last time even trying. Will tell everyone I know about this experience
Has a large amount of tires, and good quality cars to take parts from. Employees were friendly, and very informative. Felt bad when they were yelled at by an older gentleman who i assume is their boss. Ruined my experience. Will not be returning to this yard.
I had drove 3 hours because I finally found a 3rd row seat that they said they had that would fit my vehicle…. I asked the lady what time they closed cause I was afraid I wasn’t going to make it in time…. I arrive at 5:32 an they proceed to tell me they stop letting people back there at 5:30 an that I can come back tomorrow…… I drive 3 hours with my kids just for them to tell me they can’t let me back there an than proceeded to say I wouldn’t be able to get the part apart within 30 mins…. It’s a very simple removal but I will NEVER purchase from them again.
It's nice to go get your own part easy to find the rows the cars are in sometimes you get friendly people out there that'll help you if you can't get it it's a great place
Very good service for answering the phone and giving me a good price for my car when my motor blew up in my car on the road and came towed it yet I never received a call from them about it being picked up and I waited for a few hours and I had to call them to check if they had my car towed yet
